My Psychologist in Adelaide offers specialist psychological treatment for all ages. The psychological treatment approaches are tailored to your presenting mental health concerns and goals.

We use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) as well as Mindfulness. We tailor the service to suit your unique needs.

PSYCHOLOGICAL ASSESSMENT

We undertake assessments of Children, Adolescents and Adults in Adelaide for autism spectrum disorder, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, intellectual disability and specific learning disorder. We provide an individualised, professional and boutique service to support clients to attain the psychological wellbeing that they seek in their lives. We can provide services in Greek. We are a neuro affirming practice and respectful of our clients.

Appointments and Fees

We are a full member of the Australian Psychological Society. Our standard appointment fee is $311 per hour. Medicare and other rebates may apply for certain services. We have short waiting times and flexible appointments.
