My Psychologist Adelaide has a background in psychology and law that enables the provision of high quality, skilled medico-legal assessments and reports. Our psychological medico-legal assessments and reports are comprehensive and informative.
We can provide treatment services for psychological disorders that are identified in such reports. We not only identify psychological issues but we can also help to resolve them.
Psychological fees payable for such assessments and reports are set according to the current ReturntoWorkSA psychological fee schedule.
We may ask for pre-payment for Motor Vehicle Accident and ReturntoWorkSA psychological assessments and counselling. We do ask for the claim number and other details to be provided to us so we can liaise with case managers to ensure prompt payment of invoices. If payment is not made within 14 days of the psychological consultation then we will seek payment from the requesting solicitor and/or client.
In medical negligence and common law personal injury matters, fees payable for such medico-legal assessments and reports will be based on the current recommended psychological fee set by the Australian Psychological Society of which we are a member.
Pre-payment of fees in these matters is common practice in the industry and My Psychologist reserves the right to request pre-payment or a fee payment arrangement based on the client’s personal financial circumstances.
